3 feet of snow and counting!!!!

The picture above shows what a mess we have! I was standing in the garage to take this pic. The height of the snow was even a few feet taller than this, but we had to knock it down to even get the garage door open! Good thing we have a JEEP with a lift and massive tires! Even at that we were pushing snow with our bumper and high centered several times. The snow drifts were so huge, they actually came up to the bottom of our kitchen windows! We've never seen this kind of snow before :0
I think Nick is the only one who actually likes it!

He's 4 Now!!!!

Blowing out the candle! His little blue cake with sugar sprinkles.

Opened a card from Grandma & Grandpa Monkey...money! He was so happy :)

Yeah! The Dinosaur King has another one! This time he's a big T-Rex!

He is old enough to ride in a booster seat now!!! Such a happy and exhausted big boy! Thanks Grandma :)

We took him to Wild Willy's to get his free birthday burger!

What a big bite! The little guy sure enjoyed his day...

Macy's 2009 Thanksgiving Day Parade

This one made it so worth it! These two had such a wonderful time! I felt like a little kid again watching their happy smiling faces :)
I call this pic...what New York City will do to you after awhile!
Santa!

This is what I had to deal with half the time!
Nick's favorite...Buzz Lightyear!
Sadie got a surprise visit from Dora! We had no idea there was going to be a Dora balloon...until Sadie let out a squeal for all to hear! Every little girls dream :)
One very happy girl!
We attended the 2009 Macy's Thanksgiving Parade! We were among the estimated 3.5 million!

18 Hours in New York City

The kids and I. I just love how happy they are!
Nick and Sadie posing for me in Central Park! Central Park is where Home Alone 2 was filmed!
Central Park squirrel...
The 75' live Christmas Tree at the Rockefeller Center!
Ice-Skaters
Busy shoppers and lots of lights!
We visited the beautiful New York City over Thanksgiving. It had a charm all its own.Huge buildings, sparkling lights, music, shoppers. I felt like a little kid again, I could feel the magic of Christmas! We made our first visit to Carlos Bakery, where our other favorite TV show "Cake Boss" is filmed. We met little Buddy and enjoyed some yummy lobster claws. Seeing downtown New York City during the night was AMAZING! Saw the Rockefeller Center with the 75' tall live Christmas tree and ice-skaters. Enjoyed the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, got my New York style pizza ;), saw the Empire State building, Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty, and strolled through Central Park. Yes, all in just 18 hours, and only spent $164 total (gas, hotel, food, and souvenirs included). Definitely an experience we will never forget!
